WHAT TIMES CAN I HOTDESK WITH YOU?
You can hotdesk with us from when we open till 5pm (although later is fine if your table is free. Your server will try and find you another space somewhere else if there is an evening reservation).

MARTELLO HALL in Hackney which is open from 10am every weekday
CANOVA HALL in Brixton which is open from 8am every weekday
SERATA HALL at Old Street which is open from 8am every weekday
BOTANICA HALL at Clapham Junction which is open from 8am every weekday (opening September 2023)
TEATRO HALL in Ealing which is open from 8am every weekday

DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The good news is no, you don’t. We don’t take bookings for hot-desking as we like to keep it flexible for you. Just turn up and take a seat. We are often asked about how busy we get so you can plan your time with us, so here is what we recommend…
At MARTELLO HALL & SERATA HALL you will almost always find a space. At CANOVA HALL we do get busy with hot-deskers so it’s better to turn up early to make sure you get a seat, particularly with social distancing in place.

DO I HAVE TO PAY?
The even better news is no, you don’t. Just turn up, take a seat and work away. However, if you prefer, you can buy a daily, weekly or monthly Hotdesk Pass which gets you bottomless coffee, seven days a week, to have in or take out (and you can use it in all three of our bars no matter where you bought it from).

WHAT DOES MY HOTDESK PASS GET ME?
Choose from a daily Hotdesk Pass for £10, a weekly Hotdesk Pass for £25 or a monthly Hotdesk Pass for £50. This gets you bottomless Ozone coffee (take your pick from cappuccino to espresso, regular milk to oat or soya milk).
If coffee isn’t your bag, we have everything from fresh mint tea to hot chocolate as well. You get the picture. We don’t limit you. Just tell us what hot drinks you’d like and it’s included.
And you can grab a coffee anytime whether hotdesking or just passing by. Have in, take out, seven days a week.
Your Hotdesk Pass also works in all our bars, no matter where you bought it, and we have super-fast Wi-Fi and plenty of plug sockets in them all.
